How to access the building

How to access the building

The studio operates unstaffed. Once you have made your first booking, you will receive your personal access code. Swipe the keypad with your finger, enter the code and the door will unlock to gain entry.

Setting up the reformer

Setting up the reformer

First, adjust the reformer to suit your height. Move the carriage stoppers (these are on the inside at the footbar end). Set the footbar to a height that feels comfortable. When you lie down with your feet on the footbar, your hips and knees should be at a 90-degree angle. Check that the ropes are even on both sides and not loose. Make sure the carriage is resting against the stoppers. Adjust the headrest so your neck feels supported. Attach at least two red springs before you lie down, then gently move the carriage back and forward a few times to make sure it runs smoothly and you are comfortable.

Screen and Bluetooth setup

Screen and Bluetooth setup

If you are using the studio headset (located on a hook on the back of the screen), unplug from the charging cable attached to the back of the screen, touch the screen and choose your class, then turn the headset on. Tap the Bluetooth (headphone) icon at the bottom right of the screen, select the headset name (siindoo-H11) and press pair. Once paired, start the video, and the sound will play through the headset. You can adjust the volume by tapping the speaker icon. Please reconnect the headset to the charging cable when finished your class. If you are using your own headset or earbuds, turn them on and put them into pairing mode, tap the Bluetooth icon on the screen, select your device name from the list and press pair. Then start the video and adjust the volume using the speaker icon.

Child-friendly times

Child-friendly times

Safety is our top priority during child-friendly hours, which run daily from 10:00 to 11:00. This time is designed to support parents while keeping the studio calm, controlled, and safe for everyone. Children of all ages are welcome. Infants and toddlers must remain secured in a pushchair or capsule beside your reformer at all times. Older children must sit next to your reformer and not move around the studio, as reformers are moving machines and can be dangerous for little fingers. If children are watching a device, please keep the volume low so it does not disturb others in the space.
