How to access the building

You will receive a one-time access code in your booking confirmation. Enter the code into the keypad on the door to gain entry. Keep the confirmation message handy in case you need to re-check the code.

Setting up the reformer

Step onto the carriage carefully and sit or lie down safely. Adjust the headrest so your neck feels supported. Set the footbar to a comfortable height and secure the bed with at least two red springs. Check ropes and shoulder blocks for symmetry and comfort. Move the carriage back and forth once to ensure smooth operation before you begin.

Screen and Bluetooth setup

Turn on Bluetooth on your earphones and put them in pairing mode. Select the studio speaker from your device list and wait for connection. Touch the screen to power it on, log in, choose your class, press play and check the sound. Then get on your reformer and enjoy the session.

Manage your bookings

Log in and go to Bookings or My Schedule to view upcoming classes. To cancel or change a booking, select the class and follow the prompts before the cut-off time to avoid charges. Cut-off for cancellations is 15 minutes. You can also check remaining classes on your membership.

What to wear

Wear socks on the reformer and comfortable, fitted clothing. Bring a water bottle. We provide equipment and sell mats if you prefer your own.

Keep us informed

Tell us how you’re feeling and if you have any injuries or concerns before class. This helps us keep you safe and get the most from your session. We work with local physios and instructors for extra support when needed.

Child friendly times

Child-friendly hours run daily from 10:00 to 11:00. During this time children are welcome in the creche area or secured next to your bed in a pushchair or capsule. These slots support parents while keeping the studio calm and safe.
